Who is Assisted Living designed for?
Assisted Living is designed for individuals who may require assistance with activities of daily living such as meals, bathing, dressing, grooming, transportation and medication monitoring. At our Sterling Estates communities a licensed registered nurse and LPN are on staff. Three meals a day with restaurant-style service in our elegant dining room.
At our Sterling Estates communities the monthly rental fee includes all utilities and cable, except telephone. Complete internet Wi-Fi coverage Emergency notification systems with personal pendants & bathroom pull-cords Weekly housekeeping and linen service, as well as personal laundry Laundry facilities available. Small pets are more than welcome (we love them, too).
Can you help me apply for long-term care insurance?
We can help you with both applying and filling out your monthly forms. Many of our residents have a substantial amount of their costs covered through their long-term care insurance.
