The monthly rate covers more than you might expect.
At Azalea Estates, your monthly rental fee covers all utilities and cable (except telephone), complete building WiFi, weekly housekeeping and linen service, emergency notification systems with personal pendants and bathroom pull cords, three daily chef-prepared meals, and access to every wellness, social, and community amenity on campus.
