Azalea Estates has been the preferred blended community for independent and assisted living residents in Fayette County for over 25 years. We’re proud to have grown alongside the people we serve.
Our one-story campus was designed with seniors in mind. No elevators, no stairs, and every shared space just a short walk away. The result is a community that feels unmistakably like a neighborhood: easy, familiar, connected.
We believe that aging well is a team effort. That’s why we partner with families, physicians, local churches, schools, civic organizations, and the greater Atlanta community to fill each day with meaning. Azalea Estates holds an Assisted Living License from the State of Georgia, not a Personal Care Home designation. Our licensed registered nurse and LPN staff provide up to 16 hours of nursing care daily, and our 24-hour on-site staffing means medical support is always within reach. Our approach blends homelike comfort with clinical competence: individualized care plans, medication management in partnership with third-party providers, wireless call pendants, and bathroom pull-cord response systems.
