Monthly Wellness Calendar
Aquatic therapy sessions, floor exercise classes, Parkinson’s program sessions, brain fitness, gentle yoga, and all individual and group fitness programming for the month.
Full-Time Activity Director
Every day planned around you.
Azalea Estates employs a full-time Activity Director whose sole focus is finding out what residents enjoy most and building a daily calendar of events around those preferences.
This isn’t a bingo-and-puzzles approach to programming. Our Activity Director manages a rich schedule of social interaction, cultural enrichment, physical engagement, faith services, and community partnership events that keep residents looking forward to each new day.
Being in Fayette County means being close to everything. We take full advantage of that, coordinating day trips and evening outings to Fox Theatre productions, concerts, the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Braves games, and cultural events across greater Atlanta. Closer to home, residents enjoy local favorites in Fayetteville and Peachtree City throughout the year.
When there’s no reason to leave, our team brings the celebration to campus. Common areas become a haunted mansion for Halloween, a ballroom for the Valentine’s dance, and a venue for educational seminars with guest speakers covering everything from local news to national and world affairs. We also invite local churches, school children, and civic organizations in regularly, keeping Azalea Estates woven into the fabric of the broader community.

Happy hours, game nights, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and visits from local civic and church groups.
Outings & Excursions
Fox Theatre, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, Braves games, concerts, and local Fayetteville and Peachtree City favorites, organized and escorted by staff.
Arts, Crafts & Learning
Creative workshops, book clubs, and educational seminars with guest speakers on local, national, and world topics that keep minds active and engaged.
Faith & Spiritual Life
Weekly services led by local church pastors and priests, plus visits from congregations and faith-based volunteers throughout the month.
Fitness & Wellness Classes
Aqua aerobics, chair exercise, balance classes, gentle yoga, and Parkinson’s program sessions scheduled throughout each week.
Entertainment & Performances
Live music, theatrical performances, guest entertainers, and school children who visit for regular intergenerational programs.
