Who We Are

At Azalea Estates, staff tenure is one of our most meaningful metrics. Many of our team members have worked here for years, some for more than a decade, because they genuinely love what they do.

When a resident sees the same faces at breakfast, the same nurses at evening check-in, and the same activity director every morning, something important happens: they feel at home. That continuity of care is not accidental. We hire for it, train for it, and measure our success by it.

Our team holds appropriate professional qualifications across all disciplines and fosters a collaborative culture that keeps residents at the center of every decision. Meeting them is one of the best parts of a campus visit.

Holly oversees all operations at Azalea Estates, setting the tone for the warmth and professionalism residents and families experience every day on campus.

Mirna is typically the first person families speak with when exploring our community. She guides prospective residents and their loved ones through the decision process with patience, honesty, and genuine care.

Asha oversees all clinical care at the community, coordinating individualized care plans with physicians, families, and our nursing team to ensure every resident receives exactly the support they need.

With a BS in Exercise Physiology, Shameka leads our 3,000 sq. ft. wellness center, the heated saltwater pool program, our Parkinson's exercise regimen, and all individual fitness assessments.
