Azalea Estates is hiring three full-time CNAs for our overnight shift, 7 PM to 7 AM, on an every-other-weekend rotation (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The primary purpose of the CNA is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. You’ll work closely with nursing staff and become a familiar, trusted presence for the people in your care. It’s a genuinely great place to work — and you’ll do it alongside what we believe is the best management team in Fayetteville, maybe the whole state.
What you’ll do
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
- Monitor and record vital signs; report changes to the charge nurse
- Support mobility — transfers, repositioning, ambulation
- Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Document care accurately in residents’ records
- Provide companionship and emotional support throughout the shift
What we’re looking for
- Current Georgia CNA certification in good standing
- Availability for the 7 PM– 7 AM shift, every other Fri/Sat/Sun
- Genuine compassion for older adults
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience in a senior living or long-term care setting preferred
